sqlquack index
Map the rules and building blocks each conversion relies on to the files using them.
Every conversion records the rules it applied and, for each rule, the DuckDB building blocks and
Snowflake typing functions it called. sqlquack index inverts those records: building block to
rules to files, and rule to files, with refused constructs listed the same way.
sqlquack index [OPTIONS] [PATHS]...sqlquack index models --schema schema.json --json --builtin-policyEvery list is sorted, so the output for two revisions can be diffed to see which files a change to one rule affects.

index also takes the policy flags. It takes no session parameters and
converts under utc-v1.
